Information we collect

When you share information for an introductory conversation, audit, cohort, or private session, we collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, work email, company, role, annual revenue range, engagement preference, timing, and a short description of the workflow or business problem you want to discuss.

Sensitive information

Please use the inquiry form for high-level business context. Sensitive customer, employee, medical, legal, financial, regulated, confidential, or proprietary data can be discussed after the right confidentiality agreement and data handling plan are in place.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, schedule conversations, prepare for engagements, send service-related communications, and improve our workshop and implementation process.

Service providers

We may use service providers for website hosting, form processing, email delivery, analytics, scheduling, and customer communication. We do not sell inquiry information.

Workshop confidentiality

Private engagements can involve internal workflows, systems, vendors, data constraints, customer journeys, and operational priorities. An NDA is available before sensitive workflow discussions, and workshop exercises are structured with appropriate data boundaries.
